Service Description

PERIOD TIMES: 11AM to 2PM | 6PM to 9PM DESCRIPTION OF THE RESERVATION: This package includes 2 free hours for organizing the event being, one hour before the event for assembly and one hour after the event for the collection of all materials and delivery from the hall. - Event time: 3hrs. - Time of use: 5hrs. OVERTIME: Hire overtime for your event, only in advance. Check availability. Overtime: $150per hour. PAYMENT: DOWN PAYMENT: $415 (Reservation fee - Non-refundable) EVENT CONFIRMATION: $473.10 (15 days before the event) + $140 (cleaning fee) + $250 (security deposit refundable)


Cancellation Policy

- Possible to cancel up to 30 days before the event. - Non-refundable reservation fee. - Rescheduling up to 30 days before the event. Subject to availability.
